Mario, originally from Seattle, moved to the Southern Nevada area in 2001. He is a U.S. Army Veteran who served in Somalia during Operation Restore Hope in 1994 and has also worked for the United States Postal Service.

In 1996, Mario began his real estate career in an investor capacity and eventually became licensed in 2001. Currently licensed in both residential and commercial, he is past Chairman of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Southern Nevada, Communities in Schools Committee.

Mario holds a degree in business finance and has started the process to become a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Additionally, he enjoys volunteering his time.
